TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of A7X Business Launch's website and services. By submitting a service request or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES

A7X Business Launch provides website design and development services for local businesses, including:

• Start ($99) — 1-page professional website, delivered in 48 hours
• Business ($187) — up to 5 pages, local SEO, Google Maps, WhatsApp button, delivered in 48 hours
• Elite ($297) — up to 8 pages, full SEO package, priority 24-hour delivery

All plans include a logo, mobile-responsive design, contact form, and one round of revisions.

2. PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Payment is due in full before project work begins.
• By submitting payment, you authorize A7X Business Launch to begin your project.

3. DELIVERY

• Delivery timelines (48h or 24h for Elite) begin after payment confirmation and receipt of all required business information.
• You will receive a preview link for review before the site goes live.
• One round of revisions is included in all plans. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on information provided by the client.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information within 24 hours of payment
• Respond to preview and revision requests within 48 hours
• Supply any specific images, logos, or content you want included
• Ensure you have rights to any content provided to us

5. REFUND POLICY

• Full refund: If you request a cancellation before we begin work (within 2 hours of payment).
• Partial refund (50%): If work has begun but no preview has been delivered.
• No refund: After a preview has been delivered and approved for revisions.
• Refund requests must be submitted to a7xholding@gmail.com.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Upon full payment and project delivery, you own the final website design and content.
• We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
• You are responsible for ensuring all content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

A7X Business Launch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue results from the website we build.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may involve or recommend third-party platforms (Google Business Profile, hosting providers, domain registrars). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or performance of these third-party services.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date accordingly.
